avoid scratching, Nyguard zippers are ideal. Nyguard production process is new. Produced by the extrusion of plastic granules, the chain of teeth is kept together by a thread wich guarantees the union of teeth at a given pitch. Once bended, the chain is pressed and sewn directly on to the tape with double stitching and automatic gapping. This new technology was launched in the 80's by Scovill, United States of America. Successively it has been considerably developped by 2A, to the point it has become one of 2A's biggest success.
